Solely to operate the Service: run your analyses, store your research, deliver the alerts you configured, meter and bill credits, secure the platform, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your strategies or research with other users.
We use a small set of processors, each only for its function: Anthropic (AI analysis), MongoDB Atlas (database), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), and Twilio (SMS, if you enable it). Market data comes from licensed third-party feeds and is processed on our servers.
Your research is retained while your account is active so you can return to it. Deleting a chat, strategy, or scanner removes it from your account; to delete your account and associated data entirely, email info@hedgeailabs.com and we will action it within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records).
Passwords are stored hashed (PBKDF2), sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, analysis runs in isolated sandboxes, and access to production data is restricted to operators.
We send transactional email (login links, alerts you configured, billing). If you enable SMS alerts you may opt out any time by replying STOP or disabling SMS in the scanner. Marketing email, if we ever send it, will carry an unsubscribe link.
The Service is not directed to persons under 18.
